The famous quote from Robert Burn's "To a Mouse", is often adapted to "The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry". That is, no matter how meticulously a project is planned, something may still go wrong - to err is human after all.

For example, it may be that a project has huge ambition and 'ran before it could walk', so to speak. We refer to 'Minimum Viable Product', as making a sensible first product to build upon for future improvements. This idea is also inline with the '1%' strategy, of making small yet considered important improvements on a daily basis to reach a longterm great achievement - rather than rushing to make 50% improvements overnight and meeting the incredible issues that can come with hurried work.
Evaluating Vendors and Teams.
Often a project can become derailed by a mismatch of personnel. 'Red Tape' is a time vacuum that slows down progress massively, and upon occasion it can halt a project altogether. We take the time to evaluate everyone working on the project to maximize harmony; Sometimes it's possible that the wrong vendor was selected, or that a task is beyond the abilities of currently the assigned team members.
